VEN SPRAY PERFECT spray coating machine
Optional available with fast color change management system to speed up color changing times and to reduce paint and solvent consumption.
The also optionally available new circulating air system with moistening system additionally enables to reduce energy consumption.
VEN COAT ROLL – Roller coater
Attendees can experience roller coating with a pigmented UV coating material.
Venjakob offers various roller coating machines which can be also combined with spray coating machines, depending on requirements.
VEN DRY UV – with surround UV-technology
The special reflector geometry realizes energy savings of 20 % and optimal radiation for different workpiece thicknesses. Surfaces and edges cure during the run by means of the especially developed reflector.
