Commissioning in system engineering – a detailed look at the process
Once your machines have been successfully installed, they are commissioned and individual machines are connected to form a plant. For us, it’s important that the customers’ staff receive comprehensive training on commissioning at the plant.
In the first step, the commissioning manager and programmers test all of the system’s wiring, sensors, actuators, and safety technology. If third-party machines are integrated into the production line, the locking mechanisms and interfaces are tested. Once the transport speed has been compared, all of the system parts and the mechatronics have been determined to be intact, and the locking mechanisms have been successfully tested, the dry commissioning of your systems begins. Future operation with workpieces is tested, but without the coating process. If any complications arise, we get to work finding a solution. Once any errors have been corrected, the commissioning with coating process begins. This is where any parameters that have been determined during coating tests at the industrial laboratory come into play.
Once the system has been commissioned, we train the operators and maintenance staff. Your employees are thus acquainted with and learn all of the technical steps of the process.
